Most businesses will be surprised to hear that they are now competing with Disneyland.
Customers carry the memory of how they were treated from one place to another regardless of the service or commodity. They expect customer delight not just at a hotel resort or flying first class, but at the bank, on the train or when using a moving company. And woe and betide if that experience doesn’t meet their expectations.
I’ve been reading a lot lately about the differences between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
The Gallup organisation ran a comprehensive study recently that found out that customer satisfaction does nothing to boost repeat sales!
The study found that extremely satisfied customers are just as likely to take their business elsewhere as less satisfied customers. The researchers concluded that customer satisfaction “has no real value. None at all.”...
A procrastinator’s work is never done – sometimes you just have to get on with it!
Wikipedia says “procrastination refers to the act of replacing high-priority actions or tasks with low-priority actions, and thus putting off important tasks to a later time.”
I bet we’re all familiar with this; a task you just don’t want to do, or a decision you just don’t want to make that hangs around on your desk, on your to-do list and in your head for a lot longer than it should do.When confronted with this situation it’s recommended that you;
Autumn is on its way; school started here in Munich today - the end of the summer holiday and lots more cars on the road. Summer morning driving in the city means hardly any traffic and being easily able to nip from A to B. Kids being back at school means planning in much more time for morning journeys.
